Assumption Center Committee

  • The role of the Assumption Center Committee is to plan and provide guidance/rules governing the use and rental of the Assumption Parish Center.

    The center may be rented for a wide variety of events, from the smallest wedding/baby shower to a full wedding/fundraising event, capable of hosting a maximum of 100 people (see booking instructions for options for the maximum number).

    The Committee addresses the following topics but are not limited to:

    - Determining the Rental rates for the different rooms in the facility

    - Determining Kitchen protocols for rentals

    - Creating a booking/scheduling method

    - Ensuring bills are paid

    - Understanding and addressing maintenance requirements as they are identified

    - Determining a plan for the future of the center
